Winter Wedding at Norton House Hotel
I had a fantastic time this week capturing the wedding day of Helen and Gavin. Helen had wished for snow for her big day and what do you know we got.....a snow day! It was truly magical with the snow falling all around, festive feelings and the happiness of everyone there, it all made for a really amazing day and I felt really lucky to be able to be a part of it all.
Back in the studio soon for lots of new 2018 babies and I just can't wait. I don't think my job could get much better at this point!
Hoping that all my customers and followers had a great Christmas and New Year. I will look forward to seeing lots of you again in 2018.

autumn/winter outdoor sessions
I was so lucky this week to attend a workshop with photographers all over the uk to work on some outdoor work with Lisa mccormick photography. I had such a great day and I have planned for some time to add outdoor sessions to my session lists.
These shoots are amazing for children who love to get outdoors and play, we combine, colourful clothing in our styling and toys and props to co-ordinate.

It was great for us to get out of the studio last weekend to take photos of Danielle and Lee's wedding day at Dean Park Hotel in Kirkcaldy. What a great day it was and it was great to be a part of it having taken a lot of family photos of them in the past and with their two gorgeous kids Remy and Rio.

International top 10 photographer 2016!!
It's been a very exciting week at Laura Spence Photography. It was the awards ceremony for the Guild of Photographers and i was named again this year in the top 10 newborn and baby photographer catagory. To say i'm pleased is a huge understatement!! some new certificates to add to the walls of the studio.
We also moved into our new studio recently. We are in the same business centre but now unit 33. meaning we have lots more space. Will get some photos of the new studio up very soon :)
